How can I directly access the purchased virtual server?
You can access the purchased VPS by using an SSH key pair and a public solution called 'jumphost'. The SSH private key can be downloaded at the 'Services' menu after clicking the 'Details' button related to your VPS.
Is ther an option to get IT support?
Yes, it is a monthly subscription service for those who have registered a credit card on the website.

How can I pay?
Payment is made through the OTP SimplePay system. OTP SimplePay is an online payment service provided by OTP Bank, one of Hungary's leading financial institutions. It allows customers to securely and conveniently make payments in online stores and other online services. DCI uses recurring payment for more simplified payment process. Due to this solution your only task is to register your credit/debit card and the total amount of your billings will be paid automatically at the monthly settlements. You don’t have to worry about payment deadlines.

How does billing works?
We receive data every minute about whether the purchased service was up or running, allowing us to bill the service on a per-minute basis. This way, the customer only pays for the amount of service they have used.
What billing software does Datatronic Cloud Infrastructure support?
The system uses the Billingo program. It is an online invoicing and financial administration service developed by Billingo Technologies PLC. The service allows businesses and individual entrepreneurs to easily and efficiently create and manage invoices, as well as track their financial activities.
Where can I change billing data?
On the Settings page, you can modify the billing information on the Billing Settings section.
